B&B or Self Catering
Our two Standard Studios are on the ground floor with access ramps to doors.
With private entrances, each has a bed/sitting room, that can be configured either as Twin or Double to your choice, a separate kitchen and shower room with walk in shower.
Studios 1 & 2 have satellite TV and DVD player, double wardrobes and dressing tables plus two full size easy chairs and coffee table.
We provide a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board is available on request as is use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
Central heating is available 24 hours a day and is adjustable to your own comfort by an individual digital thermostat in each Studio.
Everything for your comfort and convenience for a short break or extended stay, either on a B&B or Self Catering basis to suit your preference.
Our Superior Studio on the first floor has an external staircase leading to the private entrance and sleeps two people.
Accommodation consists of bed/sitting room with double bed, separate kitchen, shower room and small entrance hall. Wall to wall windows at the front with views over Glenmoriston and to the hills on the shores of Loch Ness
Available all year round for Bed & Breakfast with our Basket or Dining Room breakfast options or by the night on a Self Catering basis.
Studio 3 has a large bed/sitting room with king size double bed and a lounge area with easy chairs satellite TV/DVD and CD player.
Large windows, which extend across the front of the lounge area have wide ranging views across Glenmoriston.

The oil fired central heating system is controlled by your own thermostat so you can adjust the temperature to suit your comfort 24 hours a day.

Bed and Breakfast or Self Catering - What's the difference?
The Studios are fully equipped and self contained for self catering, but you can also book them for bed and breakfast. The accommodation is the same, you still get you own front door and independence but if you opt to stay on a B&B basis we offer a choice of Dining Room breakfast in our house, or a Breakfast Basket, delivered to the Studio to eat at your convenience. The price is the same and you can mix and match if you stay more than 1 night. B&B guests have limited use of the kitchen, including fridge, microwave and toaster but not the full cooking facilities available to Self Catering guests. Full kitchen use is available for an additional charge of £5 per night to B&B guests.
There are no restrictions on start days or length of stay for Self Catering bookings. Details of per night rates are on the Tariff page.
