Around Invermoriston

The Highland Cattle are a popular sight  in Invermoriston, and can be viewed from the picnic area in the main car park.

Looking back from the Summer House above the falls with Telford's old bridge framed in the arch of the new bridge carrying the A82 over the River Moriston.

Looking towards Loch Ness from Telford's old bridge. The Summer House above the falls is visible in the distance beyond the new bridge.

The Glenmoriston Arms and the Post Office form the heart of the small community of Invermoriston.

Situated at the main junction of the A82 and the A887 the Invermoriston Village name plaque and attractive flower bed display is a pleasure to all who pass.

The small Clog and Craft shop situated opposite the Post Office is always worth a visit whether just to browse or buy.
