Ground Floor Studios for two people

We have two studio apartments on the ground floor with access ramps to doors.

With private entrances each has a bed/sitting room, that can be configured either as Twin or Double to your choice, a separate kitchen and shower room with walk in shower.

Available all year round for Bed & Breakfast with our In Room or Dining Room options or by the night on a self catering basis.

Bed/Sitting Rooms - Studios 1 & 2

Bed/sitting rooms have both sleeping accommodation and a lounge area where you can relax.

Studios 1 & 2 have a flat screen television and DVD player, double wardrobes and dressing tables plus two full size easy chairs and coffee tables.

These Studios can be configured with either twin single beds or a Super Kingsize double to suit your preference.

We provide a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board is available on request as is use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

The oil fired central heating is available 24 hours a day and is adjustable to your own comfort by an individual digital thermostat in each Studio.

Everything for your comfort and convenience for a short break or extended stay.

Kitchens - Studios 1 & 2

Each studio has its own kitchen. These give a sense of space to the accommodation making it seem more like a home than a B&B room. Somewhere to make a cup of tea, do a bit of washing and hang your wet coat. Bed and Breakfast guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare a meal provided it is left clean and tidy after use.

Kitchens have a fresh modern feel with ceramic tile floors and halogen downlighters and are fully equipped with electric hob, built in fridge and cooker plus microwave, George Forman grilling machine, kettle and toaster. And of course all necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Sit and have a cup of coffee or eat your "Breakfast Basket" at the breakfast bar. (Hospitality tray provided.) or step outside, sit at a garden table and watch the birds in the trees with the hills beyond. You might even have a visit from a deer.

Shower Rooms - Studios 1 & 2

Shower rooms are fully tiled with ceramic tile floors, halogen downlighters and electric shaver points.

Nos 1 & 2 have walk in showers with glass block screens.

Mains pressure showers all have thermostatic mixers.

We provide shower gel/shampoo for your convenience, shower caps for those that don't like water that much and a sewing kit for those missing buttons.
